CHARACTERS:

Pa Ingalls (Male, playin 25+): The patriarch of the family, he is the timber, the structure of the Inglles family. Intrepid and a good role model, he represents stability and does his best to provide and keep up the Christmas spirit in the harshest of winters.

Ma Ingalls (Female, playing 25+): The matriarch of the family, she is the glue and the nails of the family structure, doing her best to keep the family together. This Christmas however, her tenacity and kindheartedness is tested by the death of her youngest son.

Laura Ingalls: (Female, playing 10-12): The middle of three sisters, Laura’s trusting nature and optimism often gets her through the worst of situations, but it can also lead to mischief. She is also very imaginative and spontaneous, with the play revolving around her perspective of events.

Mary Ingalls (Female, playing 10-15): The eldest of the three sisters, Mary is often charged with being the responsible one, much to her chagrin. She takes her role diligently and tries to set a good example for her sisters.

Carrie Ingalls (Female, playing 7-10): The youngest of the three sisters, Carrie is highly opinionated and has no filter. If there’s an elephant in the room, she would be the one to point it out.

Johnny Steadman (Male, playing 10-15): A neighbor to the Inglles family, Johnny often likes to tease, play practical joke and pranks on the Inglles sisters, particularly Laura. He puts up a tough kid act to make up for the gimp in his leg.

Mrs. Starr (Female, playing 35+): The wealthiest woman in town, she suffers from an empty nest and seeks some Christmas cheer. She befriends the Inglles family and likes Laura so much that she wants to adopt her.
