From the German fairy tale collected by the Brothers Grimm in the 1812 edition of Children’s and Household Tales

A poor Woodcutter and his Wife find themselves without enough money to take care of their family, their children try to help anyway they can, including making brooms to sell in town and taking trips into the forest to gather food. When the children become lost on one such trip, they encounter a scheming Witch and her squire sidekicks who lure the children to the Witch’s gingerbread house. Soon the children must outsmart the witch and solve the mystery of other vanishing children in time to make it home to their parents. A comical twist on a classic fairytale.

We apply the following ticketing fees: Online/Phone – $3.00 per ticket. Purchases made at the door or at our Box Office do not have fees. All ticket sales are final. No refunds. If you would like to exchange your tickets for another date, we are happy to do so for a fee of $5.00. To transfer a ticket reservation to a different date, you must call the Box Office at 916-353-1001. We cannot process reservation transfers via email. If a performance is postponed for any reason, you can choose to move your ticket to another performance or receive a ticket voucher to be used in the future. (Evil Dead, The Musical is not available for ticket vouchers.)
